Shane Sullivan the President and Principal Broker of Crestline Realty Corporation, is a 1985 graduate of the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Virginia. Following his graduation, he served in the United States Navy. In 1988 he began working in the real estate industry. Then in December of 1995 Mr. Sullivan started Crestline Realty Corporation. Jeffrey W. Ainslie, Vice-President of Crestline Realty Corporation, is a 1983 graduate of the Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. He began his career in the building business as a laborer, working his way up to estimator and purchasing agent. In June of 1982, he was promoted to Assistant Vice-President. In 1984 Mr. Ainslie started Benchmark Building Corporation. In 1988 he started the Artisan Building Group, Ltd. Then in June of 1999, his company merged with another to form Ainslie-Widener.
