Preventative Maintenance
In addition to the normal day-to-day maintenance requirements, we stress the importance of preventative maintenance. Our site staffs receive on-going training in all facets of property management, as well as our Maintenance personnel, who continue training on air-conditioning, heating, electrical repair, and other technical skills.
