Compliance with the tax credit program requires detailed monitoring. Comprehensive knowledge of all HUD regulations and occupancy guidelines are required to ensure continued compliance with the intricacies of the program. Crestline is familiar with all aspects of the program and our on site managers have attended seminars conducted by the Virginia Housing and Development Authority and various private organizations.

We are familiar with properties financed through taxable bonds issued through the Virginia Housing and Development Authority as well as the associated paperwork. Crestline Realty Corporation has become knowledgeable with regard to various program regulations and there is a certain positive comfort level in working with VHDA.

Our site staffs receive on-going training in all facets of property management. Maintenance personnel are sent to specialized schools for air-conditioning, heating, electrical repair, and other technical skills. We encourage our employees to attend real estate license preparatory classes. All site managers are encouraged to be members of the Tidewater Multi-Family Housing Council and attend educational seminars and programs. We believe this level of training is essential to understanding our business as a whole and to increase the professionalism of our industry.
